February 28th Recap: Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance

Wednesday, February 28th, 2007

Another lucky audience member got to sit in as guest host, this time Angela from New Jersey. She is a stay-at-home mom to three boys, but prefers to call herself “a professional taxi driver.” The hosts were all wearing a piece of their favorite clothing. Rosie wore a pair of pants from Target, which she said cost $9, that she had decorated herself.

The majority of the hot topics segment was devoted to the war in Iraq, which turned into a heated discussion between Rosie and Elisabeth. For a recap of that, click here.

Actors Angela Bassett and Courtney B Vance appeared on the show to promote their new book Friends: A Love Story, which chronicles their life together. Although at first Angela was not sure she wanted to write a book that would be so personal, once she got into it, she got comfortable and didn’t censor herself. She wanted the book to have some depth and hopes that maybe it can help someone else.

Angela and Courtney were friends for 14 years before they got involved romantically. Courtney said he was very nervous to ask Angela if she liked him as more than a friend, because if she said, “no,” then it would ruin their friendship. Of course that did not happen and now they are happily married, with 13-month-old twins. Courtney said that he had a dream seven years ago that they would have twins.

Rosie tells Elisabeth, “You are very young and you are very wrong.”

Wednesday, February 28th, 2007

Rosie O’Donnell brought up the topic that the Bush administration and the Department of Defense are grossly understating the number of wounded American soldiers from the campaigns in both Iraq and Afghanistan. According to a special that aired on ABC, the Department of Defense put a gag order out and no one is allowed to talk to the media about the number of wounded. Rosie said that the administration is a “disgrace” and that President Bush should be attending the funerals of those soldiers that have been killed.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck admitted that she is not in the same place that she was three years ago, in terms of her support of the Bush administration and she now has a more discerning eye about what happens in the war. However, she disagreed with Rosie’s call for the next president to repeal the Patriot Act. Elisabeth said that if the government wants to listen in on her phone calls, that is fine with her, if it will make her more safe.

Rosie told Elisabeth that her lack of understanding of the issues surrounding the war and the Patriot Act was because she was young. Rosie told Elisabeth that when she was 45, she should call Rosie on the phone and tell her if she has changed her views. Elisabeth said that it is unfair to say that she cannot understand because she is young and that Rosie was being ageist.

Although the conversation had angry overtones, even Elisabeth was laughing when Rosie gave the following reason for why she tells herself that Elisabeth’s beliefs are what they are because she is young:

It is the way that I’m able to be on this live broadcast and love and support you in spite of the fact that I disagree so abhorrently with most of the things you believe, so it is what I tell myself in order to not get into a rage over some of the ignorant comments.

What appeared be lost in this whole conversation, were Joy Behar’s much harsher words about the Bush administration, calling them “liars and murderers.”

Check out a portion of the video at TMZ, which curiously leaves out the part where Elisabeth and Rosie are laughing and joking with one another, in a likely attempt to create another “feud.” There is more video from the discussion at ABC’s website.

February 27 Recap: Jane Seymour and You Tube singer Von Smith

Tuesday, February 27th, 2007

General Hospital star Kimberley McCullough appeared as guest host. She began her career on the show at age 7. She said that she went to regular school as a child, which helped keep her grounded. She joked that she had to wait in line for the terrible chicken nuggets, just like everyone else. For more on General Hospital and the other ABC soap operas, be sure to check out ABC Soaps Watch.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck revealed that when she was 14, she used to sneak out of her bedroom window to meet a boy. She said that she thinks her parents knew, because she broke the meter on the side of the house, which made the electric bills go higher. After a commercial break, Rosie announced that they had a caller. It was Ken Filarski, Elisabeth’s dad! Elisabeth looked very embarrassed and flushed and admitted that she was sweating. Ken said that he had no idea that she used to sneak out of the house and he was “shocked and befuddled.” He said that it did explain the rise in the electric bills, which he never was able to figure out. TMZ has posted a video of the call-in, which you can view here.

Jane Seymour, former star of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, appeared on the show. She has six children, including 11-year old twins. The twins were Gerber babies as infants. Jane, who has been married for 14 years, said that the key to the happiness of her marriage is doing everything together. In addition to raising the children together, she and her husband have a lot of business projects together. She and her husband produced Walk the Line. She currently stars on the television show In Case of Emergency. She loves to do comedy because she has never taken herself that seriously.

Lloyd Boston, author of Before You Put That On, appeared the show to talk about the best African-American fashion designers. They had a fashion show to present some looks from various designers, including Tracy Reese, B.Oyama who designs men’s clothing, Lafayette 148, Monif C. who designs plus-size fashions, Beyonce’s line House of Dereon, b michael, and Baby Phat.

The dresses below, by Monif C., are actually the same dress. It is very versatile and can be worn a variety of ways.

Rosie discovered a video on You Tube of singer Von Smith. She was so impressed that she called him and brought him on the show to make his television debut. He performed “And I’m telling you, I’m not going,” from Dreamgirls. Below is a video of his performance on the show:

February 26th Recap: Angela Lansbury and Oscar talk

Monday, February 26th, 2007

Rosie O’Donnell was snowed in at her home, so she was not on the show today. Deborah Roberts, from 20/20, filled in at the last minute. The ladies started the show with a discussion about the previous night’s Academy Awards. Barbara Walters thought that maybe last night was the beginning of another presidential campaign for Al Gore. In addition to his film An Inconvenient Truth winning for best documentary feature, Gore actually showed a sense of humor in a bit with Leonardo DiCaprio, in which Gore pretended that he was going to announce his candidacy for president right there on the Oscars.

Eddie Murphy did not win best supporting actor, although many people considered him to be the front-runner. Barbara expressed that his losing might be a result of the fact that he is a comedian or perhaps because he is to “remote.” Barbara thinks Alan Arkin won because it was a popularity contest, rather than based on his performance. Maybe Barbara is just angry that Eddie was on her Oscar special and then he did not win. The ladies also expressed that they were happy that both Jennifer Hudson and Forest Whitaker won awards for their respective roles.

The next hot topic involved a story about the national chapter of the Delta Zeta sorority kicking out several women at DePauw University in Indiana. The official reason given was that the women were not helpful in the recruitment process. Many of the kicked out women are reportedly overweight and the group also kicked out the only African-American, Korean, and Vietnamese women in the sorority. Joy Behar revealed that she was the president of the Delta Zeta chapter at Queens college when she was a student. Her sorority wanted to have a woman join who was Jewish. The national chapter would not allow it, so her sorority seceded from the national chapter. Elisabeth Hasselbeck expressed that sororities are based too much on the “right look” and said that she chose to attend Boston College because it did not have sororities.

Angela Lansbury appeared on the show. She said that although she was nominated for Oscars in the past, she never won. She thought maybe she might have won for The Manchurian Candidate. She also never won an Emmy for her long-standing role as Jessica Fletcher on Murder She Wrote.

Lansbury is currently in rehearsals for a new play on Broadway called “Deuce,” about two women who were double tennis players in their youth and come back together to watch today’s tennis stars play. Angela said she would love to play the role of Jessica Fletcher again and hopes that her son, who is a director, will find a good story so that she could play the character again. She still gets nervous when she performs because “nothing is certain in life.” She played the role of Mame on Broadway and was disappointed when the role for the movie version went to Lucille Ball. In the 1960s and 1970s she became very frustrated and nearly gave up her career for her children. She and her husband uprooted from the big city and moved to rural area in Ireland.

Tom Bergeron of Dancing with the Stars appeared. Deborah Roberts said that she did a special on it for 20/20 and by the end she was “drinking the Kool-Aid” and loved the show. Tom feigned insult for the comparison to the Jonestown massacre and acted like he was going to walk off the set. Bergeron said that he did a short dance on a results episode previously and would dream about the steps during his training. There are some controversial choices for celebrities this season, including Paul McCartney’s estranged wife Heather Mills. The new season of Dancing with the Stars premieres March 19th.

Poet’s open letter to Rosie O’Donnell and her response

Saturday, February 24th, 2007

Poet Beau Sia created a video entitled, “An open letter to all the Rosie O’Donnells,” in response to comments Rosie made several months ago that were derogatory toward Chinese people. Although she previously said that she was sorry and did not mean to offend anyone, many people felt she needed to make a more complete apology. The message of the video follows that line of thinking. On her blog today, Rosie wrote that she had seen then video. Her response, in which she says that before she “didn’t get it,” but now wants to apologize “for any and all pain,” is below, after the video.

February 23rd Recap: Samuel L Jackson and Christina Ricci

Friday, February 23rd, 2007

Rosie O’Donnell did not appear in this episode, which was taped earlier this week when she was still on vacation. Sherri Shepherd appeared again as guest host. During the hot topics segment, Barbara Walters continued her unending campaign to plug her Oscar special. She showed a few clips from the special, which features interviews with Eddie Murphy, Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Hudson, and Helen Mirren. It airs Sunday on ABC before the Oscars, except on the west coast where it airs after the awards.

In the interview, Barbara asked Helen, who has done nude scenes in films in the past, whether she would still do them at her current age of 62, and she said that she would. This led to a discussion about whether any of the hosts would do a nude scene. Sherri shepherd said that she had to take some clothes off for her appearance on 30 Rock. She had to strip down to only a corset. She said that at first she was very self-conscious, but by the end she did not have a problem with the crew seeing her in a state of semi-undress. Elisabeth Hasselbeck said that she would never do a nude scene and prefers to get naked with the lights off and added “I like clothes.” Joy Behar said, “For a man to see me naked, I have to be in his will.” Barbara added that at her age, she prefers the lights off and separate bedrooms.

The topic moved back to the Oscars and whether or not they are really that significant. Barbara quizzed the other hosts and they could not remember who won any of the major categories last year. Joy Behar said that she likes the Oscars the most when people make political statements in their acceptance speeches. Elisabeth said she just wants to see the clothes and Sherri agreed that she did not want to hear any political statements either.

Christina Ricci and Samuel L Jackson were on to promote their new film Black Snake Moan, which premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival. Jackson plays an old man who is a former blues artist, who is very religious. He meets up with Ricci’s character, who was sexually abused as a child and is now a nymphomaniac. He wants to help her, so he chains her to the radiator in his home.

Ricci said that because her character was sexually abused as a child and exploited for so long, she is now exploiting herself. Since her character did not have any self-consciousness, Ricci had to become that comfortable with herself, in order to make her part belieavable. From day one of the shoot, she wore only her underwear around the set and by the end of filming, she could talk to the crew members while topless and no one even paid attention. She said that although she was given the option to use fake chains in the film, she opted to use real ones because it was easier to work in that environment and it made it more realistic. She said that in real-life, she feels like she is 12, although she just turned 27. In her social life she second-guesses everything she does and is unsure of herself.

Jackson said he learned to play guitar for the role and three of his songs on the soundtrack. He also said that he would rather win a major golf tournament than an Academy Award, because no one ever remembers who wins the Oscars.

The film also stars Justin Timberlake. Both Jackson and Ricci expressed how impressed they were with Timberlake, that he would take on such a role, when he could easily have done a vanity film instead.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck on Martha Stewart

Friday, February 23rd, 2007

Elisabeth Hasselbeck appeared on the The Martha Stewart Show today. Elisabeth and Martha stenciled animals onto a set of stools for Elisabeth’s daughter Grace. Elisabeth said that she used to design shoes for a living and even designed her own wedding dress. She said she did not recommend that practice, though, as it just adds to the stress level during wedding planning.

Elisabeth said that The View’s hot topics segment is great, because it allows her to get out a lot of anger and frustration. She said that her husband Tim loves that she does the show, because she gets out her anger on the show and doesn’t bring it home. She added that she open to talking about most topics on the show, but is a little shy about the more personal aspects of her relationship with Tim.

As you can see from the photo below, she wore yet another loose-fitting top, which will no doubt add fuel to the theory that she is pregnant.

Is Elisabeth Hasselbeck pregnant?

Thursday, February 22nd, 2007

The folks over at Celebrity Baby Blog are speculating that Elisabeth Hasselbeck might be pregnant with her second child. She and her husband Tim have one child, Grace, age 22 months. CBB readers point to Elisabeth’s recent wearing of baggier tops and her being less talkative (perhaps suffering from morning sickness) as being possible signs of her pregnancy.

It is not just the CBB readers who are wondering this, as Watching the View also receives many visitors daily searching for information to confirm whether Elisabeth is pregnant. Elisabeth likes to wear big tops very often, even when she is not pregnant, so that, in itself, is not conclusive proof of pregnancy. Also, in early January, she made a comment about how she and Tim were sitting on the couch, both using their cell phones to send text messages, and she commented to him “This is why I am not pregnant right now.” However, circumstances could have changed since then. Certainly her outfits this week have fueled speculation of her pregnancy, especially the yellow outfit she wore on Wednesday. Here are photos of Elisabeth’s outfits from this week:

February 22 Recap: The cast of “Spring Awakening” and Jim Carrey

Thursday, February 22nd, 2007

During the hot topics segment, the topic of Britney Spears came up again. Barbara Walters said that she spoke to Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph, and he said that the children are being well cared for and that Britney total support from her family and friends.

Rosie O’Donnell said that she has “such heartache” for Britney, who she has “loved since she was a kid” and she “prays that she gets well.” Joy Behar said that it is difficult for someone to go to rehab when the paparazzi are circling in helicopters overhead. Rosie said that is their job to provide exploitation of celebrities so that people at home can feel better about themselves. Joy said that Britney should go to where Osama Bin Ladin is because no one will find her, although she accidentally said “Obama” Bin Ladin. Rosie then made a blanket apology to all the “Obamas” in the country.

The ladies went onto discuss how David Geffen, who previously backed Bill Clinton, is now supporting Barack Obama. Apparently Geffen thinks that Hilary is too scripted. Elisabeth Hasselbeck said that the Democrats do not need the Republicans to beat them, because they will beat each other. Joy said that she feels Barack and Hilary will cancel each other out, allowing another candidate, such as Al Gore, to emerge as the front runner.

Actor Jim Carrey appeared on The View for the first time ever. He was on to promote his new film The Number 23. Jim brought some flowers for Barbara…which he found in the green room. The movie is about a man who becomes obsessed with the number 23 and Jim revealed that he actually has had an obsession with the number 23 for a number of years and sees it everywhere he goes. He said that his breakthrough comedic moment came in second grade. He made fun of a record that the teacher played and she ordered him to come up in front of the class and repeat what he had said. He did it happily and then ended up starring in the school’s Christmas pageant.

Jim has no plans to marry girlfriend Jenny McCarthy because they “don’t want to mess with happiness.” He said that tabloids almost push celebrities into playing out their script for them and if they don’t, they get upset about it. He said that he and Jenny are very romantic together. He wrote her a song for Valentine’s Day called “There’s no space between us” and for Christmas, he painted her a picture. After what was a fairly serious moment when Jim was talking about his late father, Jim had to break the tension, saying that another way he is romantic is that, “after I am intimate with a woman, I get up and get her a wet cloth.” Apparently Jim did not want the audience to forget his comedic side.

The cast of the new musical Spring Awakening performed the song “Touch Me.” Rosie has repeatedly expressed her love for this musical, which she has seen several times. She first spoke about it on the January 16th episode, which you can read about here. The musical is about teenage sexuality in the late 1800s and is based on a 1891 play from Frank Wedekind.

Barbara Walters said that she is appearing on Larry King Live tonight and Rosie said that she will call in so that they can “put all the rumors to rest.”

February 21st Recap: Sienna Miller

Thursday, February 22nd, 2007

Rosie returned from a couple of days off. She was on a Caribbean cruise, which was part of the R Family Vacations.

Another lucky audience member, Penny Sander from Newtown, Pennsylvania, got to be a guest host. She is a physical therapist during the day and does sex toy sales parties at night. She started the parties to raise money to pay for her son’s bar mitzvah.

The ladies talked about the new participants in Dancing with the Stars. Elisabeth Hasselbeck revealed that they asked her to participate, but she declined because “I have a job” and she can’t miss The View to do the other show.

Sienna Miller appeared on the show to promote her new film Factory Girl, which is about Edie Sedgwick. She did a year of research and and said as soon as she saw a photo of Edie she was immediately drawn to the role. She does not have a stylist because she likes to dress herself and does not like being told what to wear, because it is a form of self-expression. She said, “I get it wrong” a lot. However, she has her own fashion line, 2812, which will come out in July.

In the latest “I can’t believe a kid did it,” segment, six-year-old Isaac appeared to talk about the day he helped save his mom’s life. Last fall, while they were walking in the park, Isaac’s mom collapsed and had a seizure. Isaac had learned about 9-1-1, so he used his mom’s cell phone to call for an ambulance. He was very calm and mature on the phone and was able to direct help to their exact location. He was given a hero medal by the local police and fire department. As a surprise, Isaac’s favorite football player, Champ Bailey of the Denver Broncos, appeared on the show to surprise him. Champ said he was very impressed with Isaac and invited Issac and his family to the season’s opening game.

isaacchamp1.jpg

Deanna Lee, from the Asia Society appeared to talk about the Chinese New Year, the celebration for which started last Sunday and continues for 15 days. This year is the year of the pig and on the Chinese calendar it is the year 4705. Deanna talked about ways to celebrate the event, including the wearing of red and gold, traditional Chinese New Year food like fish, dumplings, and spring rolls to usher in the spring. A dance troupe then performed a traditional lion dance, which scares away evil spirits and welcomes in the new spirits.

Feb 20 Recap: Banned children’s book and Richard Lewis

Tuesday, February 20th, 2007

Sherri Shepherd was back as guest host today, as Rosie O’Donnell continues her R Family vacation cruise. Today’s hot topics segment involved a second day of discussion regarding Britney Spears. Barbara Walters said that Britney is a “lost soul” and that she feels sorry for her. Elisabeth Hasselbeck suggested that maybe club owners should not let her in to their clubs, because they know she needs help.

Joy Behar said that she does not understand how Lindsay Lohan is back out on the club scene right after leaving her 30-day stint in rehab. Joy said that when she is on a diet, she cannot go to restaurants because the temptation is too strong. She said that she would think it would be the same for someone trying to stay away from alcohol.

Barbara wondered if 30 days was long enough for a treatment program, adding that her daughter Jackie runs a camp for adolescent girls and the program there lasts nine weeks. That organization is called New Horizons.

Barbara Walters switched topics to the subject of a children’s book called Higher Power of Lucky, by Susan Patron which is about a young girl who listens in on addiction recovery meetings, in order to find a higher power. The book, which won a Newberry medal and is targeted for 9 to 11 year-olds, has been banned in several libraries because it uses the word “scrotum.” Specifically, according to Barbara, Lucky witnesses her dog being bit by a snake on his scrotum.

Barbara Walters made sure everyone knew what she was talking about, by reading the dictionary definition of the term. It was pretty funny to see, given the somewhat formal way she normally speaks. During the discussion of the censorship that followed, ABC’s standards and practices folks repeatedly bleeped Joy, Sherri, and Barbara, as they discussed different alternatives for the word scrotum.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck said that she often censors books that she reads to her 22-month old daughter Grace. She gave an example of a Babar book in which Babar becomes engaged to his cousin. She said that is not appropriate, so she skips that part when reading the story. She suggested that rather than using the word “scrotum,” the author of Higher Power of Lucky should have instead said the dog got an “ouch in its pouch.”

Sherri Shepherd said that she would not want her child to read that word at age 9. She disapproved of the author’s statement that the sound of the word is “so delicious,” adding that she thinks “it is delicious too!” but that does not mean she wants her child reading it.

They never really tackled the larger issue of banning books and instead focused more on what they want for their own children. ABC has posted a video of a small portion of the discussion (the part with all the bleeping is not included). You can view it here.

Next, the ladies talked about the problems that Jet Blue airlines has had in the last week, which has caused them to issue a Bill of Rights, which will provide passengers with vouchers or tickets when their flights are delayed. Elisabeth said that she could not believe that one set of passengers last week were stuck on the runway for 12 hours. She said that one of them should have said they had a bomb and then they all could have gotten off the plane. Joy suggested that maybe saying “I feel a heart attack coming on” would be safer than saying you have a bomb.

Barbara Walters asked whether Black History Month is still necessary. Sherri Shepherd said that it is still necessary, because if they get rid of it, people will conveniently forget the important contributions of African-Americans.

Richard Lewis appeared on the show and started the segment by singing a song about his scrotum. The rest of the segment was even more chaotic than most interviews on the show and it was difficult to decipher exactly what he was talking about. Richard kept jumping around from topic to topic. He spent the first part of the interview wearing sunglasses, saying that he just flew in last night, is still on Los Angeles time, and only got one hour of sleep.

Richard said that Elisabeth was wrong for editing her daughter’s books and that it was “absurd” to cross-out the word scrotum. He later said that his scrotum is “so old it has the 10 commandments on it.”

He talked about how is a recovering alcoholic and that he feels comedy is an enabling profession, because someone is always trying to buy you a drink after the show. Joy asked him what else he did and he said that he was a drinker, did a little cocaine, and then added something else, which was also bleeped by the censors. I was unable to read his lips, but, whatever the statement was caused Barbara to exasperatedly say, “What are we doing on this show?”

Here is a video of the “scrotum song,” courtesy of Best Week Ever:

From her blog, Rosie weighed in saying:

i will b back home tonight
on the view tomorrow
sad to have missed
the scrotum conversation

hee heee
peace out

Wedding planner and designer David Tutera appeared on the show and talked about how he designs dream weddings at Disney World. Brides and grooms have four styles to choose from, with prices starting at $80,000. For more information on the weddings, visit Disney weddings.

Feb 19 Recap: Reaction to Britney Spears and “Hero” Jack Coleman

Monday, February 19th, 2007

Rosie O’Donnell was not on today’s episode, because she is on the R Family Vacation in the Caribbean. Sherri Shepherd filled in as guest host.

The first hot topic was the head-shaving antics of Britney Spears. As I posted previously, Rosie already weighed in on the matter on her blog, expressing sadness for Britney and repeating her offer of stepping in to help Britney.

On today’s show, Joy Behar called Britney “poor girl,” and said that she is “out of control” and “pathologically sick.” Joy suggested that the head-shaving incident was a form of self-mutilation and said that Britney needed therapy to deal with whatever trauma she has had in her past.

Barbara Walters said Britney is “disturbed in many ways” and fears that her actions may be an example to young girls, who will copy her actions.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck chimed in, saying that, for a woman, cutting your hair is cathartic. Elisabeth said that sometimes when she is stressed out, she feels like shaving her head. She thinks maybe Britney saw the head-shaving as a fresh start for her, but that it was also an extreme cry for help. Elisabeth added that maybe Britney shaved her head so that she could feel like she was in control of something. Sherri Shepherd added that she hoped that K-fed was not the one taking care of the babies.

Jack Coleman, who stars as HRG on Heroes appeared on the show. He revealed that he is a sixth generation descendant of Ben Franklin. Jack also said that he has a daughter who 7-years-old. He said that although he is “not a gun person,” when she is 14 or 15 years old and dating, he might have to get the shotgun ready. His character on Heroes, HRG, is so named for his horn-rimmed glasses. He said that the first time he put the glasses on and looked in the mirror, he said, “Dad?” Below is a picture of Jack in character and a picture of his dad, which shows the striking resemblance.

When asked if HRG is good or bad, Jack responded “a little bit of both.” He revealed that in an upcoming episode, a series of flashbacks will reveal the origin and history of his character. He said that there are no plans to kill off his character that he knows of, but later added “not just yet.” Jack was embarrassed when they showed a clip of his role as Steven Carrington on Dynasty in the 1980s. Here is a picture of him when he appeared on that show. For more on HRG and the rest of the Heroes cast, visit Watching Heroes.

Rosie’s Words: “Healing”

Sunday, February 18th, 2007

Rosie posted this entry on her blog in which she reveals that Kathy Griffin’s father has died, and also discusses the downward spiral of Britney Spears. Kathy Griffin was supposed to appear as a performer this weekend on Rosie’s cruise. The death of Kathy’s father is extremely sad. It was clear how close Kathy was to both her parents, as evidenced by their frequent appearances on her reality show My Life on the D List. Rosie’s words about Britney echo the theme that she had in her words about Anna Nicole Smith, which is, essentially, without someone on your side, fame can get the best of you.

The View Schedule Feb 19-23

Sunday, February 18th, 2007

Here is the tentative schedule for this week, according to the View website. Sherri Shepherd will be back co-hosting for three episodes! I wonder if they are getting closer to naming someone, maybe her, as a new full-time co-host? I have enjoyed her in her previous stints as a co-host, although I think the producers might prefer a new co-host to have more of a news background. They might think that three comics on the panel is too many and does not provide enough balance.

Mon., Feb. 19: Guest co-host Sherri Shepherd, Sienna Miller, Jack Coleman

Tue., Feb. 20: Guest co-host Sherri Shepherd, Richard Lewis

Wed., Feb. 21: Ray Liotta

Thu., Feb 22: Jim Carrey, the cast of Broadway’s “Spring Awakening.”

Fri., Feb. 23: Guest co-host Sherri Shepherd; Samuel L. Jackson & Christina Ricci
