Beverly Sills, best friend to Barbara Walters, has died

Beverly Sills, famed American opera singer, has died at the age of 78 from lung cancer. You may also know Beverly from her appearance on The View last fall during “best friends” week. Barbara Walters brought her on to co-host as her best friend. The picture above of Beverly and Barbara is from 1994.
