Heidi Montag’s New Music Video: What does it say about the quality of View guests?
Hills star Heidi Montag, who will appear in a re-run episode of The View tomorrow, just released a new music video for her song Overdosin’. It is below, although I will caution that it is pretty awful. I can only hope it is intentionally awful, although even then it is still pretty bad.
What does it say about The View, if anything, that Heidi Montag is the type of “celebrity” that the show is able to book? What does it say about the demographic they are trying to reach?
One final question: Can you believe how far I have to stretch to find content to post about during the hiatus? I realize that I am really reaching here, but it seems like all five co-hosts have gone into hibernation so I haven’t much material.

Thank winnie,
I’m not going to watch the video, it takes far too long with my slow server. Especially when you inform us that it is terrible anyway.
I would like to thank you for all your hard work and patience with your blog. You have always done a tremendous job.
As far as the View guest, this past year, they certainly didn’t have that many guest that really interested me.
I’m unsure of the demographic they are looking for. Perhaps trying to draw more interest in young persons. ??

Winnie, Rosie has posted a couple of new entries on her blog about the election. You have to click on “looking for rosie.com” link on the left of the page because right now you are redirected to her Broadway kids sight.
I know she isn’t a cohost but still like her blog.

I only made it 30 seconds in and clicked it off. What a waste of oxygen that person is.
And I completely agree Winnie on the quality of guests they are getting.
I echo Sandy too on the thank you for all your hard work and patience with this blog!

This has to be a joke.

Stacee: Well she said the day after that the video was messed up in terms of the speed and the music syncing, but she released a fixed version that was still the same level of crap. So I am guessing not a joke. (yikes!)
