The hilarious Joy Behar (”The View”) is back to chat about her new book, “When You Need a Lift,” and to collage one-of-a-kind Halloween masks perfect for adding a unique twist to any costume.

In the clip on the website, while they are crafting, Martha actually mentions Rosie O’Donnell, which is interesting given that they appear to intentionally not speak her name on The View these days. Thanks to Watching The View reader Ken for the heads-up!
