The View from Burbank Schedule: March 9th-13th 2009
The View will be airing live from Burbank California all next week, March 9th-13th, 2009. While I hold out some hope it will be better than the disaster that was the Las Vegas trip last year, the schedule is not so promising. Just like in Vegas, it will feature Jimmy Kimmel (who I was just reminded ended up cancelling his Vegas appearance last year), Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Bill Geddie loves Spencer and Heidi. (Says a lot about him, doesn’t it?). The schedule is even more Disney/ABC-centric than a typical week, which is a difficult feat to accomplish, and will feature two separate days related to Dancing with the Stars, not to mention having to hear Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck go on and on about the show during “hot” topics.

March 9th: Miley Cyrus and Jimmy Kimmel from Jimmy Kimmel Live
March 10th: Jay Leno from The Tonight Show with Jay Leno; musical guest Lady Gaga; and Dancing with the Stars judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Len Goodman
March 11th: Patrick Dempsey from Grey’s Anatomy; President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Iger of The Walt Disney Company; Whoopi Goldberg takes you on a guided tour inside the Walt Disney warehouse; the Academy Award®-winning animator and Chief Creative Officer at Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios, John Lasseter, previews “Up”; and the Barbara Walters “Disney Legend” dedication ceremony with Robert Iger
March 12th: James Denton, Kyle MacLachlan, and Doug Savant from Desperate Housewives; Maurice Benard from General Hospital; and musical guest Keyshia Cole
March 13th: Sally Field and Calista Flockhart from Brothers & Sisters; Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt; a tour of the “Brothers & Sisters” set with Matthew Rhys; and Sherri goes behind-the-scenes at Dancing with the Stars

You are right about Kimmel cancelling in Vegas. I had forgotten about that.

I am so glad they are not going back to Las Vegas. The audio was terrible . I will wait and comment on the show, as the week progresses.
I am looking forward to several of the guests and the special segments.

I still can’t believe I wasn’t aware of the View coming here, to L.A. I must have tuned out during commercials. Like I said before, the ladies should come prepared with their coats. If they’re expecting CA weather, they might be surprised. It’s very flip/floppy. One day it can be summer-warm, the next day chillly!!! Esp. if EH shows up. Just kidding.
