According to ohnotheydidnt, Tim and Elisabeth Hasselbeck will soon have a new place to call home. They reportedly purchased a $3.25 million unit in the new Ariel Wast development at Broadway and 99th Street. The unit is four-bedrooms and 2,349-square-feet.
The website for the new building advertises floor to ceiling windows, a community children’s playroom, theater, billiards parlor, and pet salon. They currently reside in a place 20 blocks south, which they purchased in 2005 for $999,000.
