Update: No Wii Justice

You may recall that back in January, one of the hot topics on The View was the story about the mother who died of water intoxication while participating in a contest to win a Nintendo Wii for her children. I just read over at Wii Rally, that the District Attorney’s office has decided not to file criminal charges against the radio station who hosted the contest. Read the full article here.
