  2. rainlillie Says:

    Thanks Winnie,
I missed the show last night. Joy is so funny and very informed.

  3. NOTIMPRESSED Says:

I enjoyed seeing the rerun of McWhine squirming when Joy called him on his Ad’s
re Obama…God those McWhiners just can’t hang it up. They were s-o-o mistreated.
Get a life…you wanted to be in the spot-
    light.

  4. Roger from Ohio Says:

    Joy wants me

shame she is already taken….but then again…. she isnt married…..hmmmmmm

  5. Adele Federman Says:

Joy is a joy to listen to. However, I feel that the ladies on The View have been much too easy on Obama & very hard on McCain.I am speaking as a disgusted Democrat.
On Larry’s show last night, Joy made reference to many voters not voting for Obama because of racial reasons. If I don’t vote for McCain, am I racist against whites? Can’t anyone believe that Obama will not get votes because of Obama, the man, not his color?Has anyone researched his past, other than me? I do not think so. They listen to his silver tongue, which does not always tell things as they are, look at his smile, & they decide that he is the man who should lead us. [ I was once on a cruise & there was a teenager who had an angelic face with a wonderful smile. He was a joy to behold but was the cause of much havoc on the ship. ]Obama is revered by the media, by the heads of the Democratic Party, but every one of them has refused to look into his past or to listen to the rumblings of problems..e.g. 23 years with Rev. Wright, without a murmur of disagreement, until he decided to run for President.
The McCain/Palin ticket is not to my liking, either. When either one of these men is the winner in the election, our country will be the loser.

  6. mm lyon Says:

Adele, since you seem to know so much about Obama’s evil past how about filling the rest of us in. Come on, what have you got that’s slipped by little old guillable me and the rest who don’t have the sense God gave a rock to make a choice worthy of someone with a brain. Come on, school us since we’re to dumb and taken in by his smile and charm.

On the white-black voter issue are you trying to be obtuse? How about if people stopped answering pollsters with yeah, Obama being black would affect their vote, maybe Joy and the rest of the media wouldn’t keep bringing it up.

  7. rainlillie Says:

    mm lyon #6,

    Great response! LOL!

  8. NOTIMPRESSED Says:

YEP ADELE..I THINK IT’S TIME FOR YOU TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY.

HEARD ENOUGH OF THE MCWHINER BEING BASHED.

  9. Stacee Says:

” If I don’t vote for McCain, am I racist against whites?”

If you were asked in a poll if that is why you did not vote for him, then YES, you would be racist against whites.

“[ I was once on a cruise & there was a teenager who had an angelic face with a wonderful smile. He was a joy to behold but was the cause of much havoc on the ship. ]“

Wow. Great example there. Comparing a kid’s behavior on a cruise ship to a presidential candidate.
Have you also applied your eye opening scenario to the McCain/Palin ticket?

“but every one of them has refused to look into his past or to listen to the rumblings of problems..e.g. 23 years with Rev. Wright, without a murmur of disagreement, until he decided to run for President.”
Gee. It was bought out during the primaries. It was on a continual YouTube loop as well as wall to wall coverage on network TV for several days. guess you missed that during your research though.

  10. Petal Says:

Hi, Adele. You probably didn’t realize that a percentage of voters themselves are reporting they won’t vote for Obama because of race. I can’t imagine anyone here, or on The View — especially Joy, who’d call everyone voting for McCain racist.

  11. Joyce W. Davis Says:

Every once in a while, some sneaky repub writes some idiotic, inuedo laden, deceptive garbage about Obama, says they are a Democrat and that they don’t ‘like McCain much either’. Go back to the hole you crawled out of! You’re closed minded, ignorant and uninformed refusing and afraid to listen to both candidates for fear that you might be convinced to vote Democrat. Do me a favor and listen to the debates between ‘fragile’ Palen and Biden and then between McCain and Obama. Then make an honest decision, that is if you’re capable of one.

  12. Kelly Says:

Wow. I just watched this for the first time…and I agree: Joy wants Roger from Ohio.

You know, it brought a tear to my eye, because seriously, she has become the Voice of Reason in this Carnival of Insanity. She pairs it down. Logic rules. She has her finger on the political pulse…she doesn’t miss a thing. I sincerely pray she becomes Larry’s replacement. She has certainly come into her own – she is in full bloom.

Congratulations Joy – from one of your biggest fans!

  13. Kelly Says:

Whoa – I think I just saw Adele burst into flames….
