Watching the View Live Show #1

Here is the audio from today’s first Watching the View Live Show. In it, I talked about Barbara Walters and her role on The View: past, present, and future. I also gave a bit of a background on the history of the show, which I read about in Barbara Walters’ book Audition.

For those of you who were unable to hear the show live, you can click below and it will play on this page. You can also click on the orange RSS feed box and subscribe to get the feed of the show in your feed reader.

Please let me know in the comments what day/time you most likely be able to listen to the show live. I am hoping to pick a day/time that would get more listeners and, especially, more people calling in.

you did a great job winnie i think you picked an fine day and time as good as anyother but i suggest you put up the topic for discussion up before the show so that the people who can’t be a part live can send a message to you and you have comments to repond to going into the show.

I am usually available most afternoons during the week from 1-3.
I probably couldn’t call in, since I have dial -up server. I don’t get service on my cell at home. However I could listen and perhaps comment during the show.

I think mibi made a good suggestion.

I too enjoyed listening to your show. I agreed with Mibi’s suggestion about being about to know the topic ahead of time to leave comments.

I see my post was deleted, There was nothing innapropriate about what I wrote. Sorry, I am not going to lie and say how much I enjoyed the podcast. I didn’t even finish listening to it. Tou much ‘ahems’ and ‘umms’ and why was Barbara Walters the main focus of the discussion? BORING!!
Winnie, I enjoy your website, but your podcasting needs improvement.
