    Winnie:
    For the new host(s), I’m going to vote for someone I think might be the most fearless in speaking her or his mind, and since that might not always be possible, someone who could be counted on to be very funny. So, in no particular order, here they are: Wanda Sykes, Roseanne Barr, Kathy Griffin, Joan Rivers, Mario Cantone. I thought of someone else for a guest host, who would really jack up the ratings. I hope I don’t get tarred & feathered, but, how about Star Jones? It would be great TV because she would not be the old Star; it would be funny & bizarre as hell.

    One question I have is if The View will be putting out DVDs, especially for the season with Rosie on it.

    My favorite Rosie episode is the one she has said is hers, which is on her blog: The one where she surprised the 12-year-old girl with the cast of “Rent” to sing “Season of Love” with her onstage.

    I love all the Joy vs. Rosie moments. Really, it’s just entertaining to see two comedians banter with each other. My favorite is the Rosie’s “octogenarian” quip about Joy on the 3/23/07 show:
