Will Paris Hilton guest host on The View?
According to People magazine, on her SIRIUS radio show “Barbara Live,” Barbara Walters said that she would be open to the idea of Paris Hilton co-hosting on The View. Executive Producer Bill Geddie, who co-hosts the radio show with Barbara, said that would not happen. Barbara also apparently denied reports that she has already lined up the first post-jail interview with Paris Hilton, saying, “We have not discussed an interview.”
Being that Barbara has been acting like the PR rep for Paris lately, I am sure she thinks that guest hosting on The View would be a great career move for Paris. I really hope that it does not happen, simply for the fact that I don’t think Paris should be rewarded with the chance to be a host simply because she went to jail (this idea never came up before).

BW always knows how to capitalize on a moment- even if it compromises her legendary career. I don’t get why she is slumming at this point in her life, other than to get more money that she probably doesn’t even need. Sad.

This is interesting, especially since Paris seems to be shopping the idea of a “smarter” public personality. Not sure how that would work.

Go on The View. Have someone feed you lines through the ear piece. Instantly smarter. Still, it would be hard for Joy not to rip her to shred.

Please, her 15 minutes are so over. She was famous for being one of the two blond Hilton teenagers out at the NY clubs every night. No big deal anymore at 26. Pitiful now. Nicky has stepped out of the limelight, and seems to lead a semi-normal life. Paris should follow her lead… The best punishment of all for her would be for the world to IGNORE her.
